CollectFlow tracks deadlines and drafts checklists; it is not legal or compliance advice. Always verify every FDCPA, CFPB Regulation F and state requirement and deadline directly with qualified counsel and the relevant regulator.

CollectFlow is operated by 9GG LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (support@9gg.app). 9GG LLC is a software company — it is not a law firm, and CollectFlow is compliance tooling, not legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the Service.

No professional advice

CollectFlow provides tools to track due dates and to draft and dispatch compliance-action notices. Nothing in the Service, including AI-generated drafts, alerts or this website, constitutes legal, regulatory, accounting or other professional advice. For advice about your specific obligations, consult a qualified attorney and the relevant authority (e.g. the CFPB or your state collection-agency regulator).

Defensive use only

CollectFlow is designed to help collectors stay within the law — sending validation notices on time, honoring the dispute window, observing the Reg F call-frequency cap, maintaining a current license and not pursuing time-barred debt. It must not be used to facilitate harassment, deception or any practice that violates the FDCPA, Regulation F or state law.

Verify with counsel and the regulator

Compliance rules, deadlines, fees, forms and license cycles change and vary by jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming dates and requirements with qualified counsel and the issuing body (e.g. the CFPB, your state collection-agency licensing authority, or the applicable court for statute-of-limitations questions) and for completing every filing, notice and renewal. Do not rely on CollectFlow as your sole source of truth.

No guarantee of accuracy or timeliness

We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that alerts, dates, calculations or drafted notices are complete, accurate, current or delivered on time. Email delivery depends on third parties and your settings. Outages, misconfiguration or data-entry errors can cause a missed notification.

Your responsibility

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CollectFlow is not liable for any lapsed license, late validation notice, missed dispute window, statute-of-limitations error, CFPB enforcement action, FDCPA claim, fine, penalty or lost business arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability.
